Annual Dues
Annual dues are assessed and due in January each calendar year. For 2026 the annual dues will increase to $92.61.
Interest will be charged to any account not paid in full by January 31st.
Payments can be made by any of the following methods:
1) By Mail
Make check payable to "Summer Creek II HOA, Inc.", write your account number in the Memo line and mail to:

2) By Phone
Call 386-462-9004 and provide your name, account number or unit address. Payments may be made by bank account ($2.95 fee), debit and credit card (fee is based on the amount).
3) Via Online Banking
If your bank provides online banking, send payment to Summer Creek, PO Box 310, Alachua, FL 32616, 386-462-9004. Please enter your account number in the space provided.
4) Online
